Returns

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items returned must be in the original packaging, unused and with any tags and labels still attached. Any damaged orders must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

To return your item please email us at hello@penguinink.co.uk. Please include your name, order number and the order email address. The buyer is responsible for any postage costs for returns, unless the product is faulty. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all returns.
